Degree certificate

Proof of completion and approved doctoral education is issued by the examination unit (Uppsala University) upon request by the doctoral student. The application must only be made when all courses have been reported to LADOK (the university's digital documentation system for studies at all levels).

Conferment ceremony

The very last step is the doctoral degree conferment ceremony, an academic event for everyone who has completed their PhD degree during the year. You register yourself for the conferment ceremony.
